We use to own a hotel and I think the money you ask for...little extra efforts in cleanliness would be nice. My feet and socks shouldn't turn black from walking barefoot in my room. Shampooing is needed on those carpets! Beds need updating....quite uncomfortable.

The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was very friendly. The breakfast had a lot of variety. We especially liked having the carts available to carry our luggage. The service was excellent.

While the room was nice, it wasn't as nice as the Hampton Inn we stayed at in Chino Hills CA.

We explored the Sundance Resort and enjoyed the atmosphere. The hotel was great too, with comfy beds and a nice breakfast spread. It's close to BYU and golf courses, super convenient. Definitely recommend it for a fun trip!

Only downside was the A/C unit in our room. It was pretty loud.

Everything was simply well-maintained. The place was clean with an extremely friendly staff with outstanding customer service. Location: the hotel was just next door to a beautiful mountain, restaurants near by, and shopping mall and dining options. I often went to Mcdonald's to pick up some food. The breakfast was above average, the check in was efficient.

Great for families needing space and a decent place

The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Valarie who went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed. It's great to have that kind of personal touch, I mean they even had a coffee and hot cocoa station available 24/7 in the lobby.

It was a bit pricey, but for the experience, I can't complain too much.

friendly staff

Great place with excellent internet access, a fitness center, and a complimentary breakfast that keeps me coming back. I remember when the staff helped me with my bags during my first stay. Definitely a favorite!
